Big Daddy Cheer Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us at support@bigdaddycheer.com.
Please do not mail any items back to us. Our products are custom printed on demand, and most returns are processed digitally through our print partners. Once your request is reviewed, we’ll let you know the next steps or issue a replacement/refund if applicable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Attach photos so we can verify the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because all of our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues, color preferences, or buyer’s remorse.
Exceptions apply only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to place a new order once your issue is approved. We’ll provide a replacement or refund for the original item if applicable.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a replacement or refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@bigdaddycheer.com.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
