- All Big Daddy Cheer products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners.
- Orders typically process within 2–7 business days before shipping.
- Processing time may vary during holidays or sales periods.
Delivery Estimates
- U.S. Orders: Usually arrive 5–10 business days after processing.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary by location and customs processing.

- Additional delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues outside our control.
Tracking Information
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
- If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us at support@bigdaddycheer.com.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please:
- Check with household members or neighbors.
- Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Contact the carrier directly for assistance.
If your order is lost in transit, contact us at support@bigdaddycheer.com. We’ll work with our print partner to file a claim and send a replacement if applicable.
Split Shipments
- To speed up delivery, items in your order may ship separately.
- You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each package if this occurs.
Delays
- We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays, or for events beyond our control (such as weather or supply chain issues).
- Estimated delivery dates are provided as general timeframes only.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
- We do not control these charges and cannot predict their cost.
